An NRI consultant will meet with the team that has been selected to manage a live Negotiation and take them through a three day Negotiation Skills simulation, which will include a bespoke case study. We will then prepare a Negotiation Plan and set the strategy with the core Negotiation Team and reherse team roles.
Our NRI consultant will supply a detailed preparation and planning template to ensure a robust strategy and detailed roadmap is applied throughout the Negotiation. Within the template the team will utilise effective and powerful tools to ensure the best outcome for the negotiation.
One of our experienced consultants will join the team in live Negotiations as an observer and provide feedback at strategically set recesses.
Our NRI consultant will prepare a powerful conditioning statement for the team leader to apply in the live Negotiation.
NRI can also act as the lead Negotiation with a client if required.
